Major Activities of Christian Lawyers:
- A major challenge in the monarchical system of government in Swaziland is the culture of bribery and corruption. One man, Justice Thomas Masuku, has taken up the challenge to stand against these crippling concepts and to bring together like-minded Christian lawyers to join in the battle against corruption in Swaziland. Though Justice Masuku has recently been appointed to the bench in Botswana, he continues to play an active role in formulating and implementing legal processes in Swaziland where the battle for the integrity of the judicial system has come under increasing pressure in recent times.
Prayer Items:
- Please pray for the advocates who are fighting corruption and working to improve the human rights and religious freedom situation in Swaziland.
