ªLiberia In Actionª
As part of an effort to improve the human rights situation in their country, the Liberian Christian Lawyers Network is working in close collaboration with the judiciary department of the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) to enact a law on human trafficking. There is currently no law against human trafficking on the books in Liberia, and many innocent Liberians and foreigners have become victims of this ugly and criminal practice. LCLN lawyers pray and hope to have this law enacted before the end of the year.
