Legal Profession:

• Accurate estimates for the number of lawyers in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and for the number of believers involved in the legal profession were unavailable at the time this document went to press.
• There is currently no local Christian lawyers group in DR Congo.  However, the Advocates International liaison to Africa has recently established initial contacts there so progress is anticipated.

Major Activities of Christian Lawyers:

• At least one Christian lawyer from Democratic Republic of Congo has attended a recent regional conference in South Africa.
