District Court Rules in Favor of Advocates International in Sherley v. Sebelius
|
|
Most mainstream news sources have picked up the story of Sherley v. Sebelius, the case in which Advocates International working with Co-counsels, ADF, and the firm Gibson, Dunn, and Crutcher, LLC challenged the National Institute of Health's guidelines dictating the use of federal funding for embryonic stem cell research.
The story of Sherley v. Sebelius should be a familiar one to the readers of Advocates Alerts. We have featured significant developments in the case in our June 2010 Alert, and our January 2010 Update.
Advocates International is very grateful for Judge Royce C. Lamberth's ruling on behalf of AI and our co-counsels, and we are also very thankful for our clients, Dr. James L. Sherley, Dr. Theresa Deisher, Nightlight Christian Adoptions, the Christian Medical Association. For more information see AI's official press release.

We are most grateful and thank you for whatever financial support or voluntary service you can provide in support of AI's mission. Here's how you can help: (more)
